Have to laugh when occasionally the poor old ref forgets the ridiculous KPI even exists and shelve it for a half of footy. Then gets a tap on the shoulder and makes up for lost 6 agains for the rest of the game. Lets be honest its there to amass points via tries...PVL thinks that will keep the masses happy and make the product more marketable.

Terrell May is such a clever skilful player for a front rower, watching the replay he’s always looking beyond the run who is in space great vision, great hands, super player does he start next season alongside Lindsay or does Spencer?

Even the cheesy recorded bell ringing sound when a 6A is called, reminiscent of the harness racing industry (another notoriously corrupt enterprise with fixed results), has his stinking paws all over it.

Am I the only person who watches Easts defend their line in full knowledge that that dreaded sound will soon ring out?
As mightyrooster said, it is the biggest blight on the game today. A ref could choose to completely ignore transgressions, or find a reason to blow a set restart during every play the ball in every match.1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Everyone had a decent game
Whyte was great at 13 so might keep rads on the edge! The Nat omission is interesting as he did not play res grade either so maybe carrying an injury?
siua Wong dominated in nsw cup so maybe a call up for Egan? Or Nat for Egan
otherwise loving Gus critchon on the edge (whispers of him agreeing to an extension) and also May and Leniu are killing it off the bench - actually better then the starters
we need to learn to win the tight ones and respect teams more but this team will only beat itself
3. teddy
2. Whyte
1. rads / critchon and manu
young and toops were good! And May and Leniu off the bench went well
