Agreed, I said a few rounds ago that looked like he had been carrying an injury so I’m not surprised he didn’t play any grade today.

I’ve watched Jake Friend & Mitchell Aubusson cop similar threads to this in the past. Not saying he’s even close to the status of those two legends but he’s not the flashy player and you’ve got to look a littler harder to see their worth, a real good club player.

With Egan blowing out his knee today Nat will be straight back in next week, could be quite the frankenstein forward pack next week with Collins and Crichton on SOO duty, Egan Butcher injured, Watson still unavailable and who knows what happens with the Radley crusher tackle with the MRP weekly lottery.

Just my opinion, I certainly know others differ

I think he has been poor all year and Robbo said himself he was dropping him

Offers absolutely zero with ball In hand and he has lapsed defensively this year.

I don't think you can carry a player anymore that just tackles well, it's not enough imo

He is a middle not an edge. Played most of his younger years in the 13. did he?

He is never as good in the 11. or 12. imo.

I think it will be very much a horses for courses as to whether Watson or Whyte plays, good options.
