It’s important we win today and go into the bye weekend with the 2 points. Having to wait two weeks to redeem ourselves after a loss can feel like a very long time. We need to buck the trend of favourites losing which has happened in all games this weekend. Let’s not be complacent.

A win today makes us 4th because the Raiders beat the Dolphins last night.

Cowboys are currently $6.70 on Sportsbet so the money is on us winning comfortably.

I'm hoping this doesn't lead to the referee feeling obliged to improve the game as a TV spectacle by keeping things tight. The Cowboys can be expected to take every opportunity to grab their own necks and calves looking for penalties, sin bins and send offs.

A should win game for us today, but nothings a given with both teams below strength.

Mixed up old prep week with Ted training, now out. Kez out, now back in I'm assuming. Expect Manu to fullback and Jenko coming in to centre.

Might be time for a Manu special. Looking for big games off the bench from Wong and Sitili. We need to keep punching their middle where I think we can wear them down and create points. Congrats to young Blake Steep. Hope he gets more than a few minutes on debut.
