The club should threaten to pull our players from the farce that is SOO, unless we get something in return from the NRL.

Salary cap relief? Salary minus Games missed?

I think Sally is right. If we claim he would have been picked for SOO 2, then he wouldn't have been able to play the Dogs game.

Same result. Back in Rnd 20.

So Kevvie reckons four games wasn't enough, more or less whinging that players are tackling too hard. This has just become totally ridiculous now. I don't think there was anywhere near this level of hysteria when Latrell took Manu out or when Burgess dog shotted Teddy.

          A fair go?

Surely that's not too much to ask for.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

I personally dont think he should have been sent off.
Ive always liked the dirty grubby stuff & I like players to hurt the opposition but todays society & todays way of life which is about suing the game that payed them well later in their life has made the administrators of the modern game gun shy because they know it will cost millions in litigation which could cripple the game.
Its a shame that men who want to hurt each other cant be allowed to do it.

Slater is starting to believe that he has reinvented the game of rugby league and is some sort of messiah, he really is annoying with his pompous attitude
              Double like. Very well said.
