Yeah, he’s playing with a bit more determination since he was dropped. I like it.

Yep my son and I were watching the game and both clearly heard the crack.

He was piissed off with the questioning from Matty Johns Show.
He's trying to get things back on track and they dish out that shiit to him.
Finished up saying "thanks for all the footy questions".
        Good on him.

Has played great the last two weeks.

        • Pilot medical update is saying 4 weeks for Joey. That's not too bad I guess, we have a bye coming up so only misses 3 games hopefully.

Johns, Tallis, Fletcher and Hindmarsh are dead set bogans and gronks................who would ever watch that garbage. Nothing worse than ' adults ' thinking they are funny and witty.

            • 4 weeks for Joey isn’t to bad
              was fearing 6-8
he will only miss 3 games with the storm the big one having the bye which is lucky

              • A month out for Manu is a great outcome. Only misses 3 games, I was starting to worry it might’ve been 8-12 weeks.

I'm pleasantly surprised with that report!

I was thinking 4 to 5 weeks before he can catch and pass a footy. 8 weeks before he can commence contact training.

It really is a trash program.

                    • Late to the comments, was at the game so didn’t sit on my phone.

Was obviously a good performance. Still lacking a bit of polish which isn’t a bad thing at this time of the year. Still building towards our best when it matters.

Also farrk me we are cursed in the outside backs. No Joey for a few weeks at least.

At my age, my hearing is beginning to fail, but I heard the crack on TV.

1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs

It was day break and I heard someones skull crack as they fell backwards and hit their head on the concrete ground. I was 30 odd metres away. You may need to get your hearing aid serviced.
I snapped my plantaris tendon playing golf. There was a loud bang and I just fell straight to the ground. I thought I'd been shot the noise was so loud.

Worst injury I saw was in a baseball game - NSW Winter Major League - one of our players hit what was normally a stand up triple - their 3rd base did a dummy tag forcing our player to slide into 3rd base - suffered multiple spiral fractures of the leg along with other injuries - his leg folded up like an accordion is the best way to describe it - you could hear it as were metres away.

The damage was that bad they considered amputation of the leg - had numerus operations to fix it - metal plates and metal rods etc

                            Ended his sporting career
Mate, I also heard it. The poster doesn't have bionic ears, but certain frequencies may be more audible than others. It's not the first time I've heard a bone snap on the footy field.

                              God, it's horrendous isn't it?

And when they pan the camera to the audience, it's like watching the bar scene from Star Wars while you're on a particularly bad acid trip.

                              • A freshen up might be a blessing. He's broken down a few times at this time of the year in recent years
