But this guy, without any evidence, gets away with suggesting a participant club is engaged in systematic fraud and cheating? Imagine a commentator on ESPN saying the same about the LA Lakers? Not a chance. Amateur hour from the NRL, as usual.
Gould also has a position with the Dogs. I’m not sure Tallis does.

      Every time.
Yes the talking over the top of the other person is very annoying. He’ll put out his opinion and when one of the other panelists tries to respond, which they have a right to, he just talks over the top. As you say every single time. Even if the other person pauses to allow him to finish interrupting them, as soon as they attempt to speak again he will talk straight over the top again.

Completely irrelevant. Both are employed by organisations who are contracted NRL participants. If Tallis was just a fan sitting in the pub or in the crowd at a game, he could say whatever he wants. But he isn't. If a commentator claimed a match official was committing fraud and cheating, he'd be finished. The fact that the NRL turns a blind eye to Tallis saying exactly that about a participant club, without a skerrick of evidence, is an embarrassment.

It's a fair point. However I suspect they endorse it as he's a p!ss taker and it brings out emotion (as it's doing for this darn thread!!!!)

I don't get why people get so worked up about Tallis' comments. Can't say I give a fark if he wants to call us cheats. Doesn't change our fortunes and most people think we're cheats anyway (outta jealousy). Own it and fark 'em all!!!

Tallis said he rates JWH equal with any prop to have played the game, great compliment.

The right hand giveth, the left hand taketh. JWH is one of the best Props to have played the game however the Roosters pay half his wage in a brown paper bag.

                      Tallis at his best

Did I miss something on 360 tonight because I never heard Tallis say that.

You've missed something if you're defending someone who's constantly insinuating that the Roosters are cheating.

I get why some on here think that you support Souffs.

My bet is that we have some form regarding the matter. At least at some point in the last 30 years anyway. (What club wouldn't?)

Truth is a defence to defamation so a court case would bring out a lot of dirty laundry.

                              No one wants that.

There are people on here who actually believe the Roosters are squeaky clean.
Every club has skeletons in their cupboard including the Chooks.
Now some d!ckheads on here will say Im a Souths supporter for saying that.
