Why because he's a big Rooster's fan? I have no problem with his opinions when they are consistent. But what he stated last night was complete hypocrisy. Players will agree to take less money at the Broncos because they have good players around them. Players will agree to take less money at the Roosters because the club is rorting the salary cap rules and the player is getting more financial benefit from doing so. That is the Gordie view and it can't work both ways. It's either one or the other. Both clubs are rorting the cap, or both clubs are worth taking less money to play with a winning team.
