I haven't seen an official announcement. I've seen alot of media speculation but that's it. I'll await Luke or Catalan to announce it before blindly believing the rumour mill.

I think it might have been fox sports that confirmed Keary to Catalans for 2yrs in the same article as the Townsend signing

Crichton commented the other day about trying to convince Keary to backflip on the Catalans deal and stay here. Same as the NRL I think they have a cooling off period after a deal is signed where the player can still back out. Then after that time has passed the signing is announced.

Not unless we get him cheap. Has been poor this year and our backline next year is already set with Young, Tupou, Marky Mark, Smith and Toia. If we go after any backline player in the near future, I’d prefer someone like Mulitalo, Cobbo or Staggs once Tupou retires

It’s going to be a very unproven backline with what we have, and with toia/smith injuries and Toops another year older, I’d be happy with Holmes, but only with a healthy top up from the cows.

Val is no where near the player he was a couple years ago, don’t let his origin selection distract u from the fact he’s been poor for the cows. Definitely would want to stick with the players we have and if they’re not good enough then go after real difference makers

I agree with this post 1000% The Cows know how bad Val has been and want some other sucker to take him off their hands. Especially as they have a couple of really good young centres in Jaxson Purdue and Zac Laybutt.

I didn't want Townsend and definitely don't want Holmes.
