a very painful groin injury and quite common for hookers and soccer players. In rugby league it’s more the dummy half due to the constant strain with the way they bend down and one leg is stretched out as they collect the ball.
There have only been 2 injuries that would stop a pro from exercising completely and require having complete rest
1. osteitis pubis
2. a fracture or hairline fracture
he will likely have 3-4 weeks out to manage him for the end of the season run if he has a serious enough issue with it
if not managed correctly it can ruin a career (look at cam Munsters 2024 because of it)

I understand it's easier in France, but it's still body contact physicality....I'm sure he will be sore and damaged from a strong contact spor even in France. If he is able to play in France, he should be HONOURING the contract he signed last year to play for the Roosters in 2025....and his form is still exceptionally good to help the roosters through the transition of losing all the experienced players at the end of this year.

Looks like Keary was running around with the boys today so hopefully all fine v storm
chooks also treating this game as a early final to see where they are at so won’t take the foot off the pedal and rest anyone which is great
we have a bye in a few weeks anyway so they can rest then

I did & I played Harold Mathews but I didnt make SG Ball or grade or anything but I thought it was the greatest thing being picked for Harold Mathews & getting a Wests tracksuit & getting to play with guys that were playing for Enfield Feds, Holman, Benedics, Berala Bears, Concord United & Burwood United, I played for Five Dock RSL. Playing rep footy is the pinnacle & its when all the best players get to play together.
You said you are happy for the players so when one of our Roosters player or players kits up for NSW or Qld I cant work out why you wouldnt enjoy watching them play at the elite level.
What I also dont get is how you despise all the other teams, if it wasnt for all the other teams you wouldnt get any enjoyment from watching the Roosters.
I dont have any interest in following another team but Im glad the other 16 clubs are around.
Souffs, Melb and Brisbane thank you for your service.FVCK CANCER

Did not win a game, Bunny Reilly & John Peard debuted that year.
Jack Gibson took over as coach in 1967 & took the Roosters to the semi finals.
