Hammer doesnt stay down last night if he knows he will need to go off for HIA. It would've ended his night with HIA assessments taking around 15minutes.

I think it's a good idea, im sick of seeing milking in the game and the bunker will always review it if players stay down.

If forwards start abusing it for free interchanges then they should introduction a system where you are out for mandatory time frame if you are found to be a repeat offender.

IMO it just shows how lazy the MRC and Bunker are. To me...

1. Everything should be 'on report' with no need for the refs to bookmark incidents by saying 'ON REPORT'. If you sin-bin a guy then there's already a bookmark in the stats. 'On report' is just an admission that you're gonna penalise a guy based on the vibe but you have NFI. However it's turned into a de facto way of saying 'you're getting 3-5 weeks as well as this penalty coz the bunker's caught you making high contact and I've decided to snitch... suck shyte bro!!!'

2. The Bunker shouldn't be so stupid as to only step-in when a guy lies down. They should be smart enough to identify such things real-time so that by the time the guy's been on his @rse for 30 seconds, they've already made a decision based on what happened rather than his reaction.

It's laziness!!! They miss shyte and then try to make-up for it when somebody lies down like a goose.

What sh1ts me about these nothing fines is we never fight them Its on joeys record now that he done a high shot. Another similar offence will now give him a higher fine or longer time off.

Easy fix is to let the ref do his job and play on. Let the flunker do nothing but rewind tries and let the mrc address offences after the game. (If not seen by the ref). Show consistancy in adjudication would work a treat too
