  • Projected ladder by Rd27?

Anyone have the IT savvy to draw up an end of the regular season, projected ladder? based on current form & winning the games that should be won?... throw in the byes... things could get tight in the race for the top4.

There is no doubt that Melborne, Penrith & the Roosters will make the top 4 & there is no doubt one of those 3 teams will win the comp.
The only other team with good enough players that can make the GF but not win it is the Cowboys.
The other 4 teams that make the 8 are just making up the numbers.

How can you predict when we slaughter the stains twice this year, the storm dominate us in their home , yet the stains beat them there for the first time in 25 years?

          My thoughts exactly.

Not sure if 32 or 30 will be the cut off for the 8 this year with 5 games to go - The Dogs (26) and Raiders(24) game still to be completed

Dragons in 8th place on 26 with a minus 90 for and against difference

Teams below can still make it depending on what the cut off is for the 8 - but will need to win 4 or all 5 games - Warriors and Broncos still have a third bye to factor in

Could also come down to for and against - Dolphins the only team below with a plus for and against difference of 33

            Dolphins - 24
            Raiders - 24 * game in progress
            Titans - 22
            Knights -22
            Warriors - 21 (23 counting their 3rd bye)
            Broncos - 20 ** (22 counting their 3rd bye)
            Rabbitohs - 20

We’ll be 3rd or 4th.. but somehow I feel more comfortable playing Storm first up opposed to Panthers.

in any case, let’s hope Robbo primed us for when it counts against these 2!

Ladder predictor never works for me - maybe an iPad thing. Doesnot reflect the bye correctly when you move from one round to another. Utterly useless

We will finish on 40 points.

I think the Dogs will finish strong.

                        They’re the smokies.

Yep i agree. My only concern is if Crichton goes down during a game or Burton dowsnt play. Theyre exposed

No forwards. Playing touch football looks good against weak opposition but imo zero chance of winning 3-4 games in a row against the top teams.

Dogs are better than Sharks and are a Top 4 side by that metric. However they don't have the steel to get anywhere near Melb or Riff or even us.
