I really don;t understand the lack of confidence in Walker and Smith.
Pretty sure it stems from the Smith part mate. How would he know he doesn't play firsts or reserves it's ridiculous - give the kid some game time

Did anyone see the look on Tallis's face when the question was asked, What about Sam Walker??? Hooper replied there looking to have both on board.....
He then went to his usual sook, what about the lower clubs missing out on these top line players blah blah blah not good for the competition balance. Then the point was raised about Stefano going to Melbourne on the cheap and leaving the tigers despite a higher offer, he then shut up as he hates the Roosters, not Melbourne.

They are looking at him as a REPLACEMENT for Walker if he doesn’t resign. The Walker matter is starting to get murky. The story is that there is a big gap between our position and what the market (the Broncos) will pay. Walker may be happy here but he will go for the money and his resigning is at risk. The Broncos are desperate.

Is this from one of those underground Facebook pages or a friend who has a friend who has close contacts with one of the guys who mows the lawns at our training ground?

This appears to be just pure specualtion and there does not appear to be any real foundation behind it other than somebody making a suggestion that it may be a chance of happening. Why would we let Sam leave and then turn around and pay somebody $400k more for probabaly another 2 to 3 years maximum. Then when Moses retires we need to hope that one of our kids has the goods or we are heading back to market. I would much prefer to have Sam here long term.

I'll never understand why any of you get your knickers in a twist over anything that Hooper (and his ilk) suggests. Every single thing he says is entirely rectally derived. He's a blind man throwing darts, and hoping against hope that one hits the bullseye. His 'predictions' are as reliable as one ply toilet paper.

Those idiots on Fox know nothing. They make shit up in an attempt to stay relevant.

Moses spends more time on the sidelines than he plays. Good player and we could do with his kicking game but I’m 100% behind Walker whose ceiling is much higher than Moses.

The technical term is Moses is a tampon. More time out than in.

No clue why some are suggesting they'd prefer Sandon Smith over Moses. I like Sandon but Moses has done so much in the game with the Origin appearances, the grand final appearance and is top 5 in halfbacks right now in the world whilst Sandon currently isn't good enough to make our top 17.

Sign Moses up for 2-3 seasons, Moses/Walker on paper right now probably enter 2025 as the second best halves combination in the comp second to only Munster/Hughes, we will win a comp with a spine of Tedesco, Walker, Moses and Smith.

This just isn't true. He's played 11 years of NRL footy and the only year where he's been on the sidelines for an extended period of time has been this year.

It’s from main stream media and yes it’s speculation. But you be a moron to think that walker is not going to go to the biggest deal he can get and anyone who thinks the broncos aren’t a chance to land him is delusional.
