I don’t go to many places where drunk people hang out except for the occasional over the top pisshead at the footy.

Even if I go to the club, it’s trivia night only and if people get on the turps, your team isn’t going to go too well. We win quite a bit! Schnitties and Coke (soft drink) for me thanks.

I don’t doubt what you are saying about the G n R concert however we saw them in Dubai and although nowhere is without influence, you’d be a pretty brave or desperate soul to risk it in public there.

I believe my kids have been raised well and have never been exposed to that sort of environment in the home which make me confident in the example we have set for them. I know this true as my eldest just turned 18 and he even turned down the opportunity to have a beer to celebrate.

Your life story is pretty cool but hopefully I’m setting my kids on a different path. I’ve been too hard on them not to. I’d be wrecked if the efforts I’ve put in failed but at the same time it’s their life and their choice and they will make me proud no matter what. My way doesn’t have to be their way but I hope the examples I have set rub off on them just a bit.
Im sure you area great role model
    Well done man.

As Mickie pointed out the war on drugs has failed.

The sooner the government takes control of the drug trade and provides pharmaceutical grade products that are taxed accordingly the better off we will be.

Drug abuse is a health problem. Punishing citizens for using them does more harm than good. IMHO.

I’m not saying that it’s not everywhere. It is.
im saying “ the don’t take drugs mantra” is really hammered in clubs by coaches and welfare.
yet, they still bloody do it.

no different to school teachers telling kids not to do something and there will always be a bunch that go..nah, get fucqed

A one match ban. It is really 8 times worse to call someone a monkey than a role model being seen with drugs?

Drugs? What drugs? Every article I've read says: "There is no suggestion the white substance is an illicit drug."

That said, I am all behind the NRL's crackdown on the use of recreational icing sugar. The use of such substances sets a very poor dietary example.

Weak individuals fuel the trade. If there’s less market, there would be less supply.

Mickie is ok. We act up but I know deep down he’s a dedicated Rabbits fan and a good bloke!

Was it ever going to be anything more?

Im surprised he got one match. Probably a cultural thing.

And no doubt the club won't be sanctioning him.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

                          • And here's Latrell being propped up by other wonderful role models, Pearce and Carney:

                            • The vermin have put Latrell "on leave" for the rest of the season.

                              • Trell Mit the self loathing Roosters legend. The gift that keeps on giving.

Helps us win back to back premierships then frees up our cap space so he can destroy our greatest rivals from within.

Gotta be the worst return on investment in history.
