        The field was a disgrace

wondering if this is the first time the ground's drainage has been put to the test. did someone leave a plug in?

I agree CP - the new stadium should have installed the retractable roof option

Surely not a design flaw in this day and age?

Venues NSW are considering turning the stadium into La Defense Arena to get more use out of the home of the Sydney Roosters.

                  It was built for Easts!

Slightly older stadiums around the world has drainage techonology beneath the grass surface, it'd get dried in ~10 mins so I don't understand why this new state of the art stadium doesn't have the same tech?

They should use Rodney Reserve next time it’s raining.

Do they now go into the off season and rip it up to fix it?

Surely they knock the whole stadium down and build a new one as this is a WHS issue.

There's been enough rain in Sydney in recent times to test the drainage surely.

Clive Palmer was spotted at the game which could potentially explain the mystery blockage in the system.
