Staggs is a no for me for a number of reasons but mainly because I think he’s hugely over-valued in the market.

The cons are;
- He doesn’t know how to set up his winger and he’s not a prolific try scorer so he doesn’t offer much in attack. There are 30 centres in the game this year who average more try involvements than him… that says a lot.
- He would be 27 by the time he started playing with us, which is outside of the primary years of development.
- His yardage carries are awesome but he just doesn’t have the workrate to make it a real weapon of his game.

At 400k I could see the temptation just due to his raw power and athleticism, but not at the 800k value the market seems to think he’s worth.

Staggs is signed until 2025 - on between 700k to 800k
Cobbo is signed until 2025 - on between 650k to 700k

I would assume they would want something similar and likely more to move from the Bronco's

6.85 to 7.2 million for the other up to 23 players - 2 mill of that taken by 2 forwards - 4.85 to 5.2 mill for up to 21 players

• Carrigan on 800k

The Bronco's are famous for third party deals though so they could re-sign both - I would say Staggs is the one likely to miss out if after the same type of money and no third party - Bronco's would prioritise re-signing Cobbo
