Empty feeling knowing that this is probably the last game for JWH. He won't get a home ground farewell next week which is really disappointing.

ZDC doing a neat job at hooker, better than I expected. Walker got out of gaol with missing Manu and a bit kick happy. Todays a day to use the hands when you can.
Let's bring this one home strong. Sandon could cause some problems later in the game through the ruck.

I've seen free kicks and no more given for such contact. Hoping the match review committee grow a spine and decide that a sin-bin was overkill.
IMO the problem is that when things get reviewed you're talking about 'grading' rather than whether or not it's a free kick. Grade 1 + priors is grade 2 when it's being reviewed. However in real time it's not a sin-bin, it's a free kick. IMO the two should cancel each other out... if you binned a guy for a grade 1 then it's not reviewable. Just my opinion as I think that the binning is the punishment, so no fine (let alone a suspension) is necessary.

JWH will most likely be charged with a grade 2 careless high tackle as similar to Crichton's one - charged previously with a grade 2 careless high tackle 3rd offence - 4 weeks or 3 weeks with the early plea - challenged the grading and lost so he was given 4 weeks.
So what in terms of weeks is he facing - there is nothing listed for the number of weeks players will miss past 3rd offences if they either challenge the charge and are unsuccessful or take the early plea.

IMO it wasn't a second gear... Young simply opted not to chase him down over 20m after he was through. To me that suggests he was preserving his leg and backing us to come good.
