Finishing 2nd after R27 means nothing...we play for premierships remember?

Who remembers Cronulla finishing 2nd in 2022? Another flat track bully team back in that year.

        It's pure laziness.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

Again you're using the term wrong.

It originates from flat tracks in cricket, batsmen who would only perform when the conditions suited them. It has nothing to do with the opposition.

We have beaten the teams we are better than and lost to the teams who we aren't. Don't make it more illogical than it is.

Be great if Robbo brought him in for our last couple of season games or better still finals. Could he be ready? Fitness wise definitely.

              • Nat Butcher was great today, he would be my starting 13 for the rest of the season with Watson off the bench.

Stop been pedantic...Of course i know that term originated in cricket...but terms /ideas can be transferred to other sports...pfft

Anyways since u are here and like coming 2nd in our few debates...let's talk about your prediction that the doggies would be bottom 4 or 5 this year.

I clearly remember selecting them in the top 8 pre-season whereas u had them bottom 4/5 due to having no halfback....

U clearly have the vision of Brett Finch...trying to look past a kiddy pic...allegedly...

                  • Could've got 50 against the Titans.I felt lately some players are getting selfish trying to score themselves and not passing for certain tries, one was this game and another last game.

Fingers crossed JWH getting a fine and Su injury is not too serious

                      definitely played well there today.
could be wrong, but cant remember a time suaalii burnt people on the edge like that

                        NSW cup highlights.

Marky mark looks a step above everyone else in the air. expectedly so as he is a wallabies player.

Yeah especially come finals time, Watson back to the bench, May to start JWH (bloody hell what to do with Jared?) love the big man but he has to dial it back we need him for the big games against the top sides.
Joey Manu and Dom Young in defence are a real worry, tries are being scored far too easily down our right edge.

The ref in that game was diabolical.
