That sucks - can't say he dosent deserve it though - just would have been nice if it were only two weeks. With his record now it's three for a misdemeanour. We are pretty lucky to have a bloke like Whyte in the wings our middle stocks are very strong.

So he has a life line to play in a Prelim if we win first finals game or if we lose back for finals week 2.
Hopefully this last chance he gets to support this great club to premiership glory he doesn't let slip.
30 weeks of suspensions now.

Following the Sydney Roosters Round 25 match against the Titans, three Roosters have been cited by the Match Review Committee.
Jared Waerea-Hargreaves has been charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle.
Should Waerea-Hargreaves elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will be unavailable for 3 matches. Should he elect to challenge the charge and is found guilty at the panel, he will receive a 4 match suspension.
Victor Radley has been charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle following an incident in the 17th minute of the match.
Should Radley elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will receive a $3,000 monetary fine. If he fights the charge and is found guilty at the panel, he will receive a 2 match suspension.
Daniel Tupou has been charged with a Grade 1 Careless High Tackle following an incident in the 72nd minute of the match.
Should Tupou elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will receive a $1,000 monetary fine. If challenges the charge and is found guilty at the panel, he will receive a $1,500 monetary fine.

He’s way too risky to play in the finals, could cost us dearly. His antics are such that he just doesn’t learn or doesn’t care to learn and that makes him a non team player. Imagine if he got sin binned or sent off in a final or GF that would ruin us and that scenario is highly likely. We can’t risk it. 7 weeks suspension and only played 1 match. Otherwise put him on the bench and only bring him on if we’re winning by 30. If I were Robbo I’d tell him to say his goodbyes now.“Soon will the present day order be rolled up, and a new one spread out in its stead”- (Baha’u’llah)

Eventually imo the skillset of players including your Props will be broader with less emphasise on big hits and aggression.. I wouldn't be surprised if we eventually only see 2 players allowed to make a tackle. It's the way of the modern world with fear of litigation and the need to make the game safer for juniors.FVCK CANCER

Trouble is we know how that usually plays out.
All a half smart team has to do is bait him & fire him up & he will likely do the rest.
The risk of derailing our campaign is very real with him.

30 weeks of suspensions now.
Adrian Morley was suspended for 26 weeks in his 6 years at the Roosters
Some other notables
John Hopoate - 45 weeks - 14 seasons
Greg Bird - 32 weeks - 14 seasons
Luke O'Donnell - 32 weeks - 13 seasons
Craig Smith - 32 weeks - 9 seasons
Josh McGuire - 32 weeks - 14 seasons
Danny Williams - 28 weeks - 12 seasons

Les Boyd would hold the record - two of his suspensions accounted for 50 games at least not including the other games missed through suspension before these two - one a 12 month and one a 15 month suspension
