Boyd will be the Leroy Brown of the NRL in 4-5 years.

We better hang onto this kid, he's a gun!

That's more ammo than is needed most of the time.

I don't like his chin. Sack him.

[QUOTE=mightyrooster;216737]I love this kid. Will play for NSW and Australia one day. And yes he reminds me of Bradley
I agree MR plus Boyd has a bit more skill than Clyde.

We will win a titile with him, maybe a couple. It's destiny, the trophy will sit nicely in the cleft of his chin for the front page photo.

              Chook.

I know someone that played against his old man in the bush during the 70s.

He had the reputation of being one of the hardest players in country rugby league.

Apparently plenty of Sydney clubs wanted him but he chose not to move to the big smoke.

Anything is possible when Anasta is finally training at Concord Oval.

It will take more than Anasta training at Concord Oval.

Do you honestly believe that the Roosters will win a comp whilst Smith is the coach?

Since consensus of opinion is that we were robbed in the '10 decider, does that not mean that we would have indeed one a comp under Smith except for blatant referreeing bias? Or is that Smiths fault too?

We weren't robbed of the premiership, we were robbed of the chance to win.

Yes I do but not this year. If Smith doesn't win a comp with the cattle he'll have between 2013 and 2015, which is where I'm expecting his contract extension to go to, then he never will. I watched that 2001 Parra side with envy, they were a machine and tore sides apart. The 2001 GF loss destroyed that team to the core, they never recovered. And I doubt even Smith expected to be in the 2010 GF in only his first year, but the similarities are there.

I know you think he's lost the passion, but he's putting together a very good young squad and given what's out there is probably the best coach for this side at this time. And if he can get these kids playing to their potential all at one time during one or two or three seasons the sky is the limit for this team.

                              Chook.
