Cecchin is a Harrigan clone. He thinks its all about him and not the players these days, hence coming out and letting the world know about his sexual preferences. Like anybody really cares what he does in his spare time. Since his elevation to the upper echelon of refs he talks down to the players and comes across as extremely arrogant....all very much like his role model. Difference is, Harrigan could actually referee whereas this guy borders on incompetent.
