Friend, gold season ticket holder, says they don't know how it happened.
Told Ticketek that, and asked for a refund as they'd paid extra for refund facility.
Ticketek said they don't refund for that.
Seems maybe better to have another excuse.

Another friend just told mrs bb "there was a glitch in the system, it happened to a lot of people, it's all over Facebook".

Should booking tickets be this difficult for season ticket holders/anyone?
