His hands have always been an issue for him. His defensive reads scare the Christ out of me against the better teams too. Elite halves seem to isolate and expose him quite easily.
Biggest issue I have is the lack of good ball that get's to Manu and Young. Sitili struggles to run a good line which would create more time and space for his outside backs. Wong is very good at this! Wong also has the ability to get up and play the ball quickly and generally needs 2 if not 3 opposition players to bring him down.
Sititi offers cover if one of our backs goes down. This I guess is factored into the selection process.
salvo he clearly dropped the ball twice last night one lead to a try in the ensuing set and the other changed momentum for the next 15 mins of the game to manly.

Stats have only one handling error for Sitili - Toops 4 handling errors
Yeah, I don't understand the stats provided here. He dropped it cold 15 minutes in, and right before half time. No pressure on him on either occassion. Tackle 0 and tackle 2, I believe. Both absolutely unacceptable errors to make, if we're being serious.
For mine, he just isn't adding enough for his role.
The Storm are a team that will punish the hell out of us with any errors.
Not only is Sitili more prone to flipper hands than most of our squad, he is weak in defensing positioning.
Obviously he is training the house house down and doing some very good things during the week - hence Robbo picking him. But game day, he has been a weak spot for a while.
I'd certainly have Nat Butch starting, and Wong on the bench for the backrow.
