Congratulations to the Roosters (Hens) women's team. Always nice to add another trophy to the cabinet. A very enjoyable game to watch and kudos to the Sharks for fighting back as well as they did. Kept me on the edge of the seat until Olivia Kernick crossed over late but it still wasn't over. She (Kernick) capped off a brilliant year with an excellent double and a premiership to boot.

Game played in a a very good spirit with the ref only allowing 6 penalties, so the game flowed, and we even won the penalty count 4 -2.

Jocelyn Kelleher, Tarryn Aiken and Amber Hall (in no particular order) round out my top three players for the game, but everyone played their part so very much a team effort. Well done girls!
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

Absolutely ridiculous that Olivia Kernick missed out on the Jillaroos team.

        Gobsmacked .
Olivia should have been one of the first forwards chosen.
I hope the Kiwis pick her in their squad so she gets the chance to showcase her talent.

yeah, kernick's just played her best year of a stellar club career and can't get a gig. the coach picked the captain before he picked the team - kezzie apps who hasn't played a lot of footy of late - and picked a parra second rower who's a good player but doesn't have kernick's class.

still, today's about basking in the glow of winning the comp ...

The coach said of Mahalia Murphy, "she's a good player and scored 3 tries for the Jillaroos in 2015". WTF?

Get with it. Kernick is in her early 20s and is representative material already.
Not only is she DM winner but judged best 2nd rower ahead of Apps & Mahalia, both 30 and in the twilight of their careers.

Brad Donald - as Fatty would say....give yourself an uppercut.

This one stinks of nepotism, private deals or something stranger.

She was a beast in Origin, and voted as the best player in the league. The best.

This one is stranger than Teddys omission as she is young and on the up.

This is making headlines - can't see the full story

‘Scandalous’: ARLC under pressure to intervene over Kernick snub

Pressure is ramping up on Peter V’landys and the ARL Commission to intervene in the shocking omission of Dally M winner Olivia Kernick from the Jillaroos squad.

The Australian Rugby League Commission has now officially launched an investigation into Kernick's non selection hopefully it ends with the clown of a Jilaroos coach being given the boot.
