I fully expect Rob Toia will be our main attacking weapon by mid season

Taylor Losalu could be a surprise.. he won our nsw cup player of the year award and I was going through some of his stats and gee he is a wrecking ball.

Training with the NRL boys in pre season and hopefully tears it up.

Jake Elliot may surprise a few, also it's Sia Wong time.

That is, unless there are one or two breakout stars in 2025. So, I thought it might be uplifting to talk about the guys that might exceed expectations and help close the gap, as well as the reasons you're confident they will.

I'll get it started by nominating Blake Steep. The lad looks ready. He's big and strong and agile and will only grow in confidence with another off season pumping weights. He seems right at home in first grade and I think he will quickly nail down a spot. I've seen him compared to Boyd Cordner and it's not just the chin. He has work rate and talent in abundance. He has courage. I think he will give our pack a new dimension.

              Your turn...
Hopefully Robert Toia as we are thin out wide

Toia will take a few seasons to establish himself.

Be a disjointed pre-season with players returning from mid-November to early December. The players involved in the end-of-year rep footy, I assume, will return early January 2025. - Players who have completed 4 or fewer NRL pre-seasons have 8 weeks off, and those who have completed more than 4 NRL pre-seasons have 10 weeks off.

The NRL Pre-Season Challenge is mid-February 2025, and the NRL Comp proper starts the first week of March 2025.

Wow 10 weeks off I think I’m in the wrong profession.

So 9 of the 2025 NRL Squad are involved in post season rep footy - 11 Men and 11 Women Sydney Roosters players were selected - should be 12 Women with the disgraceful omission of Olivia Kernick

So from the list that we chose in the previous comments -

Which 5 in order will play the most NRL games in 2025?
                          and
Will anyone apart from Robert Toia make there NRL debut in 2025?

                          The List
                          Salesi Foketi
                          Robert Toia
                          Blake Steep
                          Siua Wong
                          Xavier Va'a
                          Mark Nawaqanitawase
                          Chad Townend
                          Naufahu Whyte
                          Sandon Smith
                          Billy Smith
                          Tyler Moriaty
                          Zach Dockar-Clay
                          Taylor Losalu
                          De La Salle Va'a
                          Jake Elliot

                          My guess
                          1. Mark Nawaqanitawase
                          2 Naufahu Whyte
                          3 Robert Toia (Debut)
4 One of the Smith Brothers
                          5 Chad Townsend

                          Debut - Salesi Foketi

Just got off the phone to Robbo. He said he's been stalking me on Strava and having been impressed by my recent marathon form he's keen to pull out the big bucks for me.

Teddy will be calling the shots as a ball running, long kicking HB and I'll be investing in a pair of solid ballet shoes for that #1 role.

Talked with Mark N after this verbal agreement and he said that it's all in the mind. I've got a law degree and a good few decades on the competition, so can't see why I shouldn't be able to pickup the theory behind it all.

One word... faaaarkin livewire!!! Think Slime Ankle in NSW Cup (but without the nicotine patches on his knees) or Jacko Hastings in the Super League (with some madarse motivational quotes written on his strapping). Like Walsh but without the mascara. Like Harry Grant / Pappy with slightly looser shorts. A Mundine whose on-field ability is as good as his shyte talking abolity!!! Lessgaaaaaaaw booiz! Jizzy's in da hoooouse.

Get those Imagine Dragons on repeat coz NRL.com's replays are all gonna be of me pirouetting around the place
