Reckon Whyte may go next level and start the game pushing Collins to the bench.

Agree, Mark Nawaqanitawase will play whenever he's available. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jake Elliott debut if injury strikes before Sam Walker is back. Salesi Foketi a chance (though he has a few in front of him on the right edge). Smokeys might be Toby Rodwell if he starts the season 'on fire' and 'demands' selection and I think it's possible that Benaiah Ioelu leapfrogs Tyler Moriarty and jags a game or two, again if injury leaves us short at hooker. Big X has to be a show at some stage too.

Marky Mark will be our breakout star for sure. I am already one of his biggest fans

I don't think he's as powerful as Suaalii. He has the basic skills like drawing and passing which is something Suaalii still didn't quite master.

Can't pick one .... but my top 3 are:

            1. Siua Wong
            2. Mark Nawaqanitawase
            3. Sandon Smith

              The List
              Salesi Foketi
              Robert Toia
              Blake Steep
              Siua Wong
              Xavier Va'a
              Mark Nawaqanitawase
              Chad Townend
              Naufahu Whyte
              Sandon Smith
              Billy Smith
              Tyler Moriaty
              Zach Dockar-Clay
              Taylor Losalu
              De La Salle Va'a
              Jake Elliot

              My guess
              1. Mark Nawaqanitawase
              2 Naufahu Whyte
              3 Robert Toia (Debut)
4 One of the Smith Brothers
              5 Chad Townsend

              Debut - Salesi Foketi
              Very difficult to settle on 5, with this list. So here goes ;

              1 Marky N.
              2.Jake Elliot.
              3 D S L Va'a
              4. Blake Steep.
              5. Naufahu Whyte.

Easier would he to go with Wong, Toia, Bily S, and Townsend included, thought I'd make it a little more daring.

hard to go past Mark Nawaqanitawase or Toia

left field one however, if we get a few outside back injuries and Tyreece Tait gets a run, he might be hard to leave out - lightning on his feet

Do you think Siua Wong gets that right edge position next year?

We aren't that desperate surely. If he returns it shows that our recruitment and development system is off the pace.

Unfortunately I think it will be Blaize Talagi, which will mean the Riff will only streak further ahead.

I think he'll end up twice the player Luai is.

Edit: apologies I misunderstood the assignment. Breakout player for us... I think Blake Steep if he is given adequate game time. Otherwise Mark N. Hard to call a Wallabies player a breakout player but still new to League.

I think it'll be a battle between Nat and Siua for most of the year. Connor will play #9 and when Brandon returns and should Connor shift into lock then maybe it'll be a 3x way shoot out between Victor + Nat and Siua. At that point, Siua will most-likely end up fighting for a bench spot (as we all know Nat will find a spot in the 17 most weeks).

A bit of a selection headache for Robbo and co next season.

Whyte had a solid game today. Hopefully he is in the mix for the breakout star next year.
