Because he has copy & pasted directly from another website into this thread it automatically gets referred to the admins for approval. Yours does as well as you quoted him.

This is because posting of an article from other websites behind paywalls or without referencing the original source can be problematic for Chris as the owner of the site. The information from Salvo's post seems to be from a government website though so no risk. I've approved your post and you should be able to see it now.
