I can remember Gus a few years ago almost blowing a straight forward try for us ...as he ran towards the goal line for a simple try ...he seemed more intent on poking his tongue at a chasing defender ...that day he almost blew a simple try. Wasn't skylarking the other day, but did embarrasingly blow a try ....it was a Max Mannix type of Fk Up. Just glad it didnt happen to him playing for the Chooks !

also for Samoa didn’t realise pauga made their squad but they have a lot of players out was solid and May was the best forward for Samoa playing 70 min and making 150mtr from 20 carries with 6 tackle breaks and 43 tackles

samoa missing suaali, isaako, tuilagi, Taylan may, Paulo, Okatamanu, Levi, Clark, sua, Leniu, hunt, heme uele
The Roosters boys were ok but I wasn’t overly impressed with the match. Very low standard of footy. Was like watching Siamese twins trying to walk in different directions.

He scored the try (unconvincingly - commentators thought it was a double movement) but yes... it was against Jayden Campbell on his debut (little stick with a rat tail) and had he taken it seriously, he coulda thrown the little brat into the stands.

Don't often agree with you but this one definitely 100% spot on.

There has to be some other reason she wasn't selected (fall out with teammates, coach, etc.). It makes absolutely zero sense she wasn't selected.

Teddy call was more of a toss up with Edwards but given he was the incumbent captain and it's a squad so they couldve both been picked, the fact he wasn't selected at all is a joke and a total lack of respect. Especially after one of his best individual seasons.

Frankie Paul's younger Sister Annetta-Claudia Nu'uausala was unstoppable in Samoa 16-12 win vs Fiji - 2 tries including the winning try and a few line breaks - Amber Hall like

Wong and Whyte both seemed to run with more intent in the game, they appeared to have permission to run and play with more freedom etc. I have said this before, Robinson appears to coach blokes to play within themselves - a bit controlling I would say.

An excellent rendition of the New Zealand National Anthem. Very stirring I thought.

Lachlan Lam played well - I thought a club may have had a chat with him about a return to the NRL.

Classy player still...certainly an upgrade on a lot of the halves knocking around.
