    - Robbo called May personally and it was a difficult conversation for him. There was apparently some honesty from May's side in it though (i.e. admitted he's not all in with Easts and his footy... our culture demands players buy in 100%, which can be a big weight).

    - May has met with Benji and is good mates with Luai. Just one option but the Tigpies, Doggies (existing relationship with Ciraldo) and Dragons look likely.
What’s scope’s poddy? Would love to hear it

Levels podcast. Not a bad listen if you can tolerate some of Willie Masons rants.

Trent realises this is HIS job right!? To get the players to buy in 100%.

May is 25, you will not find many 25 year olds in western society that are 100% into something......what a poor way to treat a young man who by all accounts is also a good man.

Sorry mate, all good, you are probably one of the more intelligent ones on here. It was more directed at other people who continue to speculate.

The real reason they let Terrell go was to get Hunt. No other reason.
Robbo loves the Butcher boys, can't let Wong or Whyte go. Terrell was the only guy. The only other alternative was Brandon Smith, but who would take him?

The Roosters are deliberately keeping everyone in the dark including the playing group so as to not jeopardise their pursuit of Hunt.
Hunt wants two years. Hopefully it's not another Fafita botch up and it's all worth it.

              What's your source here mate?

It seems with all the recent departures that money would not be a concern should we get Hunt?

Interesting intel Real King. I'm a bit disappointed Robbo loves the Butch boys so much. Ben's a quality player but geez we seem to be packing a lot of eggs in the basket. Hope it's all worth it.

I'm a fan of Nat but Egan doesn't seem to have progressed a lot. Surely we have money to spend.

                    • Possibility Matt King is leaving too.
Robo has given his blessing and support so that Matt King can apply for the vacant NSW coaching position

                      • Terrell May signs three-year deal with Wests Tigers

The Wests Tigers have agreed to terms on a three-year deal with prop forward Terrell May after he was granted an immediate release from the Sydney Roosters.

The Tigers have edged out St George Illawarra for May’s services on a lucrative deal that will see him remain at the joint venture club until at least the end of 2027.

May informed St George Illawarra coach Shane Flanagan of his decision on Monday morning.

The news is a significant boost for the Wests Tigers, who have been looking for a frontrower during the past few months.

They’ve held conversations with both Canberra’s Corey Horsburgh and Brisbane’s Kobe Hetherington but were unable to land a deal.

Part of the appeal of linking with the Wests Tigers was reuniting with the likes of Jarome Luai and Sunia Turuva.

Hopefully it means we now play the Tigers twice each year, we have missed out on those extra 2 points for 6-7 years.
