As good as it is for the Cheese to be authentic he must be aware that the roosters don’t like negotiations or issues to be played out in the media.

I think Cheese and Watson offer a very similar profile of player despite key differences in style, I just don’t know if you can justify having them both in the same 17.

I also think Blake Steep is the type of player Robinson will want to be embedding into this new look 17.

The problem with smith seems to be he is incapable of playing 80 mins purely because he refuses to get in shape. That undoubtedly grates robbo the wrong way and with the new line being drawn in the sand on attitude it makes sense he is being moved on.

personally was never a fan of the signing. When a player cannot get fit even under Bellamy, that to me was a clear sign of poor attitude that was not going to ever be fixed

I'm backing the cheese to turn it all around in 2025 and find career best form , at 28 the clock is ticking and he'd know he needs to produce something close to what made him one of the best in the game not so long ago.
