We can't even manage to beat a team with 6 players out, very fuc&^ng embarrasing. I don't care what anyone says, there is only 4 or 5 players who are in this team that are up to 1st grade standard and until this club gets this through their thick head and realises that to be competitive in this comp you need 2 or 3 proven stars that this bullsh1t farce being their so called youth policy will never work. I will no doubt get attacked by the usuall suspects for saying this but the proof is right in front of you. The only time that this club has been competitive is when we've been an active mover in buying quality players.

I'm not convinced it's our playing squad not being up to standard, a young side needs to be coached within structures......we simply aren't coached this way and it leaves them playing as individuals rather than a team for lengthy periods of each match.

Totally agree - the youth policy even though romantic in my opinion is a smokescreen as I believe no real quality players wants to sign wiith us due to our inferior coaching staff,discipline, our over rated captain and poor board room management. it essentally ewuates to where we are on the table.It is heart breaking.

Are you saying that I'm wrong? Let's face it, the team we have is rubbish and no it wouldn't have been any different if Pearce had played. I can cop losing to a full strength Brisbane but I can't cop losing to a Brisbane side with 6 of their best players out.
