I’m only mildly interested about Hunt as he seems to be the only prospect for an off season recruit

I remember in years gone by I used to dread playing the dragons because on more than one occasion his brilliance got them over the line. So I think he’d be a good stand in until Walker gets back but he’s not worth as much as before. I wouldn’t pay heaps for him.

I think he can. Ben wasn't happy at St. George. He has a long kicking game which we desperately need.
He is a genuine halfback who can lead our team around the paddock in the same way Cronk did.

Yes but he’s getting older. I mean the Merge beat the Storm and had a very easy last 3 games to make the eight and they choked on every single game. I understand the points you are making though.

I think he could play 6, 7, 9 and 14 as required for 2 years. He could make a real difference imo.
