We must have a bit of mula in the kitty. We’ve lost so many players I wonder if next season we’ll only be competitive with the bottom half teams and then struggle some. Can’t see us making the 8 though because a lot of teams have bought big while we have so far only Mark. Are we broke? We didn’t get Hunt or Paps and let May go so that leaves us weakened. Who’s going to be our goal kicker?

Disaster averted seriously this guy is nothing special, when the dragons and broncos before needed him most he was nowhere to be seen (outside of the origin arena) he’s a park footballer Sam Walker is already 5 times the player Bunt is, once he gets his long kicking game right (which Sammy will I have no doubt just look at his vastly improved goal kicking length and accuracy) we will have the general and complete package we have so sorely missed.
Our long term 6 is where the big question mark lies?
Front Row V’aa boys hopefully they come on leaps and bounds.

Ive been looking for xavier Vaa on our site and on social media. there is no link to the roosters for him 2025 at this time. so it might be Delasalle only

I dare say Chad will be our goal kicker. He's really our only option which means he's a shoe in to be playing every week he's available. I hope he's been bathing in the fountain of youth. Even when he was young he played like an old man.

In a perfect world fullback post Teddy is Marky Mark - played a lot of fullback in union and i think has the skills. Hopefully Billy and Toia can get some luck with injuries and they will be a good centre pairing if so.

Need a winger and a 6 - hopefully Sandon kicks on this year and claims the 6.

Sandon most likely. Townsend is a reasonable back up kicker too. I'd throw in Billy Smith as an option too as he can kick, but couldn't reliably suggest him as who knows how many games he might play !

my thoughts are he is certainly worth that - considering the average nrl wage is now $450k I think that’s a steal for hunt

If you think he’s only getting $600k up there, you are kidding yourself. As someone else posted, he’s still regarded as a million dollar player in a lot of circles. He wouldn’t settle for just $600k per year over 2 years.
