I’m excited for next year. A true test of character and resilience. Will be stoked with every win and won’t go into any round expecting to lose.

We aren’t just making up the numbers.

We don’t have the easiest draw but let’s not make excuses before we even start. That’s waving the white flag before a shots even fired. I’m sure our players don’t believe that and go into every match thinking they can win.

100% mate... one of the rare "glass half full" posts on this forum... this is footy, & anything can happen... this year, many had the Donkeys premiers before Rd1, ...& didn't the wheels fall off that wagon... I was even starting to think the Pen was more depressing than watching the news, by the defeatist tone of many RWB "supporters"... we've lost a lot of star power but I would rather go into 2025 as underdogs, & fight...

At a quick look, it doesn't look like any of our byes coincide with Origin games either, so we will have to play a game without our rep players each time.

Weird is the right word, I have no issue of who we play twice, I just don’t get the logic behind playing them within a few weeks again.

If we are going down this road, we may as well just play those teams in back to back weeks and promote them as “revenge rounds”

At least they won't have 'pressure' matches against Penrith at the back end of the season. Best to get those losses out of the way early.

Imagine......if we beat Penrith/Storm in 2025 without all the players that have left or been sacked this year. Ha Ha.

I don't think we'll have many playing Origin in 2025.

Crichton, Watson, Leniu, Collins, maybe Teddy and Tupou (hopefully not). Well, that's only 6. Sam Walker would also be a chance if fit, but I doubt if one, he'll be back by then and two, he would have to be in seriously good form and ready to take the next step.

Surely this is his year to shine. Maybe if he played half as soft as Manu did he wouldn’t get injured as much.
