It is very hard to coach the Mentality of Players today...

We have a young team and our problem is we don't bond well mentally and work as a team when a bad call goes against us...

There really is nothing that Smith can do in that instance, nor any other Coach or Captain, so No a change of Coach is not an option at this stage.

Nothing like Smith imo; Smith's an attacking coach, Taylor's a defensive coach.

I think Taylor would much better suit our team at the moment and that's what people see...

so if there is nothing smith can do, then we dont need him anyway. No point keeping him if there is nothing he can do.

That is actually the job of a professional coach.

The coach is not there to teach the players how to catch and pass and kick the ball.
He is there to manage the "mentality of the players" and to "bond well mentally". That's the job description mate...

But they're also there to set a game plan, structure, teach them how to play etc. etc.
