Hard to offload a player that's busted, is on $850k and is more miss than hit when he's playing.

Yeah, great to see some of the youngsters get blooded and looking forward to more of Steep and hopefully Elliot and a few others get a run.

I don't have great expectations for next year but I am excited it may usher in a new great era in the next few years, I think next year will be a bit like SKS said 2012 or perhaps 2016 but a better one than that hopefully. We all know what happened a year or two after those seasons and hopefully that will happen again.....

Rads should get the C before Teddy retires in my opinion.

I think he'd be weirdly more respected by the officials.

Teddy seems easy to ignore. He's too slow to put his case to them.

Our nrl has strpped the nsw cup side. The nsw cup side will strip flegg and matts comps. We need more first graders.

2026 there will be a new team in the nrl which will depleat teams of quality players

Walker and Cheese being equal in value is a massive stretch.

If Walker was a 1st round starter, i'd say there was a good chance we might go full jungle ball - without JWH our middles won't intimidate in centre of the park as much as in prior years, and our opportunities will come more and more through the edges.

I still anticipate some form of 'eyes up' footy.

I can see us being less structured than in the past, perhaps without resorting to anything too haphazard.

Plenty to look forward to with a raft of youngsters getting their chance to shine on the NRL stage. Too many negative folk writing them off before a ball is kicked off

Hughes only played 1 season with the Roosters in Junior reps (SG Ball 2011) - 3 years (2012-2014) at the Titans playing NYC before being released - 2015 signed with Townsville Blackhawks to play QLD Cup - 2016 signed a 1 year deal with the Cowboys -played 1 NRL Game - was playing fullback during that time - Signed by the Storm in 2017. - Didn't become the Storms main half back until round 23 2019 - moved from Fullback to half back to accommodate Ryan Papenhuyzen

The Roosters site lists 25 players - unsure if all players are in the top 30 or some maybe on the supplementary list which replaced the development contracts - 650k - up to 6 players - paid 80k or so and 3k each NRL game played -available to play NRL from round 1.
