My guess is that a TM, being a straight shooting westie, lacking any guile or artifice, was caught out raising his eyebrows when Robbo starts up his blathering. Like usual Robbo's interview was 20 minutes of nothingness.

I may be going against the grain here, but I sometimes found May’s style frustrating. He sort of lumbered into the line and always turned his back on the defence. On the other hand he seemed to go long minutes and had a good offload.

Yep, I raised similar concerns as a possible reason why.

Seems odd given they re-signed him only 4-5months prior but I’m guessing it’s something that’s come up during some post-season analysis reviews. Will be interesting to see how the forward pack go about their work next year and if there is a noticeable shift in style.

Move in a different direction from that which May offers.

I'm totally on board with We felt...whoever they are.
Trent is a 'gentleman', polite and non-offensive, you can "take/send him anywhere," and know he won't embarrass you, or reveal things at the club that should be kept in-house.

Did he explain how May was playing the style they wanted in the first 8 weeks of competition to warrant an upgrade, but now seems incapable of learning the new style we have in mind for next year?

I too am now excited about this new brand of forward play we have in mind for next year, might be as revolutionary as when sticky got us hunting as a pack in 2002.

If he was as good as some are making him out to be bigger clubs would have been fighting to grab him.

It would have been if it wasn’t nearly December coming into 2025
If it was for 2026 10 clubs would have been looking at him but many have their salary filled and not $700k for a player like that at this time of year
the top clubs also have a great front row so wouldn’t need him atm anyway

we have not lost 6 of our top 17 and $4 mill of players and made 1 top 17 signing
we are stuffing signings and not attractive for anyone to come to
broncos for hunt for a steel and yes with no 7 and 9 got half the year we could have used him more then the broncos
