I was a member for over 10 years but signed my 3yo up instead this year and last.

I'm in Canberra so there's no member benefits here and the kids membership pack is at least passable.

Yeah I'm in Canberra and it's tempting to just do the interstate membership. Though, it's not ticketed and we often don't even play in Canberra.

Meh... I reckon the big thing is to be supporting the club financially. It's a difficult situation that Easts are in because they need to send us something (and the x-mas deadline is real). However unless you want all your gear going to quality merch (rather than the club) then the best they can realistically do is send us cheap (but functional) cr@p such as drink bottles, lanyards and caps. Not sure what else they could give us given that a membership is already cheaper than attending every single game.

If people just want $$$ merch then they can just buy it instead. I have no solutions. As a member I'm paying to support the club above all. They could almost can the merch and just do things like medals every 5 years and I'd be happy.

I don’t particularly care about all the crap they put it the pack but a better quality cap would be appreciated,I still use my ISC cap as it’s far better quality than the ones we have had since…

If tickets come with your membership, I’d rather a food voucher for the game, than another lanyard/scarf/hat.

coffee mug/travel mug might be a good option too.

The caps have been pretty much the same design for the last 4 or 5 seasons now. They could change it up a bit so it feels like we are getting something new and not just last seasons stock with a 2025 scratched over the top

I'd love to see the members jersey come back with all the member names on it

Make sure you regularly get into that 2019 Premiership gear, just to remind the ones living in fantasy lands down there who the real champs of that year are.

Agreed. I'd be happy with just one item where quality doesn't really matter (i.e. a mug's a mug).

Possibly worth sending through some feedback along these lines if there's a few likemindeds? To me the the membership card (including tickets & first dibs on finals tickets) are the big thing. The '10 years' medals and similar are neat too.

My thoughts are I'd be happy with...

                  - My membership card and a schedule for the fridge.

                  - A single item (possibly of my choosing). Maybe a beer mug, coffee cup or drink bottle. One object that retails for ~$30 rather than Ali Express cr@p with our logo on it.

                  - Milestone medals... possibly with a signed postcard from the players when it's been 10+ years. Not counting but by my calculation they've missed a few of my milestones.

Overall I think members should be able to expect an exclusive collectable item. There is definitely a trend of Ali Express cr@p which to me doesn't scream out 'special members-only gear'.

Heck that or as you say... a free drink and hamburger for a game. IMO there's low hanging fruit that wouldn't cost the club much (obviously mindful that as a member, I want my money going to the club as much as possible rather than being spent on $$$ merch... noting I'm already getting a significant discount on tickets if I were to attend every single game).

Me, my friends and my son are all members of the stadium but we take un-ticketed memberships for all of us plus the grandkids, so the roosters still get some cash from us. We usually wear the new cap each year except the dud ones when we wear an old one (I've got about 15 still). A better cap and a free burger/drink would be nice, I dont really want another scarf and dont care about the other stuff. A bigger discount on supporters jerseys would be nice. It cost a fortune to keep upgrading growing kids.

Yes this, a voucher for either a hot dog/ pie or small chips plus a soft drink or water much better than a lanyard which i just send off to Vinnies, i know there are some members who like a new cap each year but i don't wear them enough to wear them out in a year to wear a new one every year, currently wearing the 2011 one for out and about . the 2021 and current one are to wear into the water in the salt or pool as i don't care if they get wrecked. My 2013 cap is very tatty now but keeping that one put away and worn once in a while as that premiership was special, like my 2019 one also. As for scarfs, have two from years ago which look nice and dressy so i wear them out on special occasions. still have another horrible one with Braydens lawyers all over it still in the pack. Coffee mug would be another good idea.

I know some people love to collect the items but I also think this option would bring on a heap of people that aren’t already members
My EPL Team Nottingham Forest offers that - £10 for Adult /Youth /Seniors Membership without Membership pack or £20 with Membership pack.

That's a great idea TBH! Also I like the socks and pen. IMO one of the problems with the current pack is that they try to stretch the limited money available so end up getting lotsa low-grade gear that'll get chucked out.

Somebody tell Nick that I'd be happy to pay for a membership without the pack. The big thing is that I get season tickets to all games at a solid discount and first dibs on finals tickets. A paid of socks or similar would be neat.
