  • Leo Thompson??

Would be the perfect replacement for May but with much more leg speed & explosiveness

Good player but not at his asking price of around $800k - would prefer to develop within

850k is huge for someone still largely unproven. Stands out in a pretty average pack. If it was 600 I'd probably consider.

We need an experienced forward. We are short of first grade standard props. The Va’a brothers may get there but that will take some time.

I would have thought the Roosters would have a crack at him.
Who knows we could be negotiating with him.

It's a really interesting one.. rumour seems to be the Dragons.

I think he would be a great addition here, profiles very similarly to Sam Moa/Zane Tetevano. Along with Whyte & Leniu that's not a very enjoyable bunch of forwards to be tackling especially with the Va'a boys & Foketi coming through.

Crichton & Wong on the edges
            Radley & Steep sharing lock
Collins, Robson, Watson & Nbutch doing all the work off the ball

            That's a serious pack.

But sounds like the Dragons got him so we can dream.

              Overrated imo.

              $550k max.

Flanno appears to be quite convincing and is slowly building a good team.

Dogs and Raiders in a bidding war for his signature by the sounds of it - 800 to 900k a season being reported

On 350k at the Knights so a big pay day awaits - reported just now that 5 teams are in the race to sign hm - Parramatta , Dolphins , Dragons (New Entry) , Raiders and Bulldogs - Raiders and Bulldogs apparently the front runners.

Surely nobody goes to Saints for anything but the money.

How many more players are the Doggies meeting with ffs.

Their name is linked to every club and the media, supporters and opposition fans applaud them.

We speak to someone and we have a sombrero, cap rorters etc.

I would say no to him for the money he wants.

I didn't think he was much better than Whyte in the NZ games this year. He certainly wouldn't be worth a lot more money on that form Whyte started in the final game while Thompson came off bench. Both got about the same minutes
