Not a good look but it seems as though it was a (Chinese) company they'd contracted to build a factory and not BYD themselves.

Actually China has the biggest trade union in the world with 300 million members.....The All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU). Only problem is all it's regional and national leaders are appointed by the Chinese Government, so you know where thats heading!

Looks good on the home jersey I don't understand how they could stuff it up so badly on the away jersey. Traditionally the BYD logo is red anyway, would've looked fine in red font on that shirt.
