We are badly run, it seems the people who make the decisions have NFI.

Apart from 2010, we haven't made the finals in ages.
We totally ballsed up succession planning after Freddy. As a result we're facing a few seasons yet before we're a serious threat again.
Our crowds are abysmal.
And surely we can't keep surviving by being bankrolled by individuals.
I get the feeling the wheels have fallen off a bit.
And in the new era of Rugby League administration, I don't feel real comfortable in that situation.
Gone are the days of having Gus in our corner and Freddy on the field.
I hope I'm wrong.
Most teams crowds a abysmal when there losing that. In saying that the crowd at Cronulla was also pretty crap on Sunday, but i think that might of just had something to do with the weather on Sunday.Originally posted by turk-283Kurt 79 - Kags 0..

I reckon Perth deserve a team.
I would also give CC Bears 1 only because of their efforts and I would feel sorry 4 em becasue there was so much $$$$$$$$ put into the bid. The NRL should announce the teams now to stop the money going into a team that might not happen.
How exactly is a team on the Central Coast expanding anyway??? Its just getting the old fans back. Perth is expanding then the game will truly be national. Much bigger fanbase and financial oppurtunity. Some mining magnate by the name of Savage who already owns glory is saying if the team does come he would buy it. There were also a good crowd when we played an NRL game(Souffs vs Horses) despite wet weather. NIB Stadium is much more better than Bluetongue and we can expose our game more just look at Melbourne.
AFL did it with Sydney and now there's so many kids going around playing Auskick. WA Reds is a good option also a 2nd NZ Team as they have an enormous talent pool and have similar circumstances to Perth and can relate to the Warriors success. We can increase our influence in NZ.
Wellington Jets and WA Reds for me.

you want him to be like you with your head in the sand, fair enough, but dont imply that you are a better supporter than him.
I also said that he was trying to be realistic. I think we will win another game this year but not that many to be honest - unless there is a dramatic change in who our coach is.
i love how everyone blames the coach, yes the coach is responsible for the running of the off field duties on game day but isnt it the players who are on the field??? we are in rough times thats all im over people blaming coaches these players know what they need to do and how to do it, they shouldnt need a coach to say this is how you tackle this is how u pass and this is how u win games. i love the roosters and will never stop supporting them but the boys need to dig deep, this season isnt over

Still, as a member I'd like to know what the board's strategic plan is. Assuming there is one.

I can't see them beating anyone for the rest of the year as well.
Might win one game, or two, that's it.
It's not good enough.
MK is clearly a second rower.
Time Mortimer was picked as 5/8.
Time Carney and Mitchell were reinstated in the team instead of the rookie kids who haven't done much and are suspect in defence.
Time BJ was despatched to the wing [and told to stay there in defence,] where he can't throw dumb passes and cough up possession all the time.
