Maybe we could take Canberra again. And we're an outside chance against Penrith, although they have the wood.

So I'm predicting spoon with a bullet.

Low crowds, no success, vague financial position, inactivity on the player market, board full of businessmen...

Time to get worried about the club's future.

    Central Coast Roosters?

Fans won't keep paying their hard-earned money to watch their team bumble their way around the field and lose every week.

    Central Coast Roosters?
Best to just have a big "End of the Roosters" party year and fold up the jersey forever than do that.

Maybe they want to get rid of the Roosters so they can bring in a Perth Team, a Perth team that Hadley and the WA Premier were all gung-ho about on the radio this morning.

If we do go to the Central Coast, lunch is on Craig Thomson at Iguana's. Then we get the hookers in.

There's no chance that we will not record another win this year. Given the week to week grind of football, all it takes is for a team to come out a bit flat and they are a chance of getting done by even the biggest minnows.

That is why coaches like Bellamy and Hasler are so good - they manage to get their troops up every week without fail.

PS i think the Tigers streak has been way overrated. I believe that we are a bigger chance against them than we were against the Donkeys. For some reason we fold against easy teams yet turn it on against quality opposition.

Gees I hope you're right but the bookies certainly don't agree - we're out over three bucks.

That seems to repeat quite often unfortunately.

Surely...dare i say it....we will see the best game of the year from Braith facing his new club. Whether that is good enough to lead us to a win remains to be see.

Tigers winning streak as overrated as our winning streak at end of last year and start of this year.

If we get our fair share of possession our forwards will tear them apart.

The bookies also had us as favourites last week, so it means nothing.

I would rather watch the roosters get the wooden spoon for the next five years playing as Sydney roosters than move to the Central Coast. Go the chooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate losing as much as anyone here but come on all these threads are getting out of hand. Week in and week out i beleive we can win, and i support my team till the very end. Im a Rooster 4 Life.
                        Well said.

Certainly wouldn't be asking Bansia for support he must be reading smoke signals.

im of the glass half full, only halfway in the season type!as required of course im a realist but i always think my team can win over any opposition, yes even the melbourne cheats, whilst theres games to play theres hope, i remerber this grand club having some wonderful runs of wins, in fact i think we still hold thast record? ill continue to trek to home games and the odd away game. ill continue to have pride in this team and see everything through rwb eyes, thats just the way i was wired?
i hope theres a number og chookpenners with me on this, just a few tweaks and weve got a winning team? one major tweek and a new club captain being the critical decisions now!

Yep, we turned it on against Melb, Canterbury, Manly, Brisbane and Nth QLD.

Canterbury is only good because of the coach, players and management.
I hate these players who play with no heart e.g. Anasta, Smith and Leilua, Tagive, FPN
                              We need good players
