Tigers will not 9improve with a big elemnt of doubt and the front office all farked up..never works ..all needs to be in harmony. Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

We could pick up the inner west juniors... already got an affiliation with Glebe, had a good relationship with Newtown in the past. Plenty of Roosters fans in the inner west and with the urban sprawl it's pretty much East anyway now right?

Wests Tigers should be based in Macarthur/Group 6 but have neglected this area.
The Roosters would be better off taking over the expanding Macarthur/Group 6 area than the ever dwindling inner west area.
The Roosters were in talks to take over the Macarthur /Group 6 area juniors with the Marsden Brothers until the usual culprits - Arthurson ( Manly) /Parker(Souths ) /Moore(Bulldogs) vetoed it and backed Wests to move to Campbelltown - Wests were actually removed from the comp by the NSWRL at that time a few years after Newtown.

Even though it was about 20 years ago when the Northern Eagles folded and Manly took control I don't remember the players going onto the open market.
I would think the Tigers players contracts would just transfer to the new owners (West Magpies I would presume) I doubt any players would have anything in their contracts that they are free to leave if the club moves, change of ownership or name.
Same with us, if for some reason the club decided to revert back to being called Easts there would be no way players could say I didn't sign up for this so I'm testing the open market.
They are a basket case of a club, too many chiefs and home grounds.
I would be happy if the became the Magpies again and just have 1 home ground out in the Campbelltown area.

Let’s just hope that the Wests Tigers or the Magpies stay in the comp & all their players stick together.
The Chooks had there chance to get Luai but didn’t so let him stay at the Wests franchise & hopefully bring them up the ladder.
I’m hoping Luai & others that they have at the club can make them a force.
I just want the Roosters to develop top talent through their pathway system instead of buying players from weak clubs.

1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.
