It's about time we have gotten one back on the Dogs - they have taken a fair number of decent juniors off us in recent years.

Could you name me these fair number of juniors ( Easts juniors being) Bondi United, Clovelly Crocodiles, St Charles Waverley & Paddington Colts that the Dogs have taken?
Maybe you mean players that the Roosters got at a young age from NZ or other clubs & had in our development system.

Show me documentation from any official Sydney Roosterss or Eastern Suburbs district junior rugby league that mentions that - Central Coast (Central Coast Roosters) . NZ Sydney Roosters Academy , Ipswich Jets pathways agreement and USA Rugby League are Roosters juniors.
I love that the Roosters have pathways but they are not juniors unless they come from the 4clubs I mentioned

You’re referencing Roosters local club juniors, Rooster90 is referencing Roosters rep juniors.
But you already know that.

After Collins, Leniu, Whyte and Wong there is a plethora of Front Row Forwards to choose from in the pathways system.
Are the Roosters looking for the next JWH or Morley type Alpha forward or maybe the a defensive toiler a skillful attacker or a combination of all ?
Here are just some of the Frontrow forwards available at our disposal

Clubs sign players from anywhere nowadays at 13 or 14 years of age and put them through their academies. They then advance through the junior and seniors pathways and onto NRL if good enough.
Clubs either bring the player to Sydney to reside if playing for a Sydney based club as an example and they finish their schooling in Sydney and or allow them to reside where they normally live to finish their schooling when in the academy and playing Junior reps.
Obviously those players not residing in Sydney full time will play footy for a junior club in the area they live when the junior rep season has finished. i.e Lachlan Dooner when the Junior Reps season finished played for Camden Rams in under 18's in the Group 6 comp.
Parents may not be agreeable for their son and or daughter to move away full time either and it would not be viable for central coast roosters players to have to come down to Sydney a few times a week to play for a junior club in the Easts District either. - significant costs would be involved.
Not all Penrith players in their Top 30 squad and GF team played for a Penrith District Junior Club from say under 7's either if at all.
Some include
Edwards - Albury Pumas / Bellingen Dorrigo Magpies
Yeo - St Johns, Dubbo and Dubbo CYMS
Liam Martin - Temora Dragons
Liam Henry - Blayney Bears
Leota - NZ - Panthers academy signing at 14
Laurie - North Coast
Cole - Orange CYMS
Alamoti - Milperra Colts
Some previous players as per below too
Burton - St Johns, Dubbo and Dubbo CYMS
Koroisau - Berala Bears

I have no problem with how things are now
No club has only local juniors playing for them.
I like what the Roosters are doing with pathways & development squads but you tried to imply that kids from NZ, America & Ipswich were juniors which is not right.
Developed by the Chooks yes
Local juniors no.
We’ll leave it at that
