In my humble opinion, the only halves I would pay $1.2m to are Cleary, Luai, Hughes, Munster, and Moses. I'd offer a cool $1m to the likes of Hunt, DCE, Deadon, Sammy, and potentially Cody Wanka. Brown would be in the next group, at around the $800k to $900k.
Cody Waank shouldn't ever be mention on Roosters forum

1.2 mil Dylan? You’re taking the inflation excuse way too far, 800k sounds right how did Parra go last season with him on his own? Narrowly avoided the spoon in the last game of the season.

Cleary or Hughes Munster for that price daylight to the next lot of halves after that.

I reckon Deardon has overtaken Muster.

            100%

I never rated him but he has developed into a special player.

His tenacity is second to none!

Deardon is just the type of 6 we need but I don't think it could ever happen. Hes a much better all round player than Brown with a great attitude

I salivate at the thought of a Deardon/Walker combo at the Roosters - that’s premiership written all over it!!

Telegraph is reporting that Dylan Brown is meeting with us next week. It is the telegraph and a slow news week, so who knows if true….

The Sandon Smith/Sam Walker combo will be better.

Ryles may grant Brown an early release imo.

Brown/Townsend then Brown/Walker could potentially help us sneak into the top 4

A potential spine of Tedesco, Brown, Walker, Cheese is quite exciting!

They originally had a headline along the lines of “Roosters in box seat to sign Brown” but that was quickly taken down. The article now says:

“The Roosters have been linked to Brown but insist they won’t be making a formal play even if they have the funds under the salary cap to be a threat.“

There is no mention of him meeting the club.

I can't see that happening Norman, not 2025 anyway.
The blue and gold army will tear their stadium down in protest.

Tough days and years ahead for Rylsey.

Thats a big no for me. If brown can cut out of a long term contract to test the market.

Honestly - if we were going to chase a #6 the guy i'd be after is AJ Brimson - has no place at the Titans.
Potentially can move to Fullback when Teddy retires and Smith, Rodwell, Elliot, Walker jnr or Foley etc are ready

We are not short half options - they are just all young
