Chooks ladder prediction, rounds 1-6

Was reading the DT article, going over the first six rounds. They predicted we would have a tough start which lead me to look at who our opponents would be.

Thought I’d run a quick poll, click if you think we’ll win.

Would only allow me to pick one with this poll but I see us winning rounds 3, 4 & 5.

Who knows the Tele may be right and we could fail to get a win in those 6 games but we could also win all 6.
But realistically I see us getting at least 2 but a good chance of 3 wins.

We beat Warriors, Titans and Souffs. 50/50 chance at home vs the Broncos in round 1.

Much of how well we do will depend on Whyte getting us going forward, Watson providing that zing at dummy half which he can only do off the back of Whyte, I think Rads should probably come back into the middle and just tuck the ball under and run he can get us going forward and keep the middle tight in defence.

Collins and Leniu starting is worrying with Walker and the above mentioned points I think 4 perhaps even 5 of those 6 should be victories however, without him 3/6 against the lesser sides would be a fair assessment.
Trying to see where our points will come from with Chad/Sandon running the attack Teddy will be heavily involved in any scoring opportunities.

As much as I hate it but I think the grubbitohs will be out to get us with their saviour coach back. I see us winning 3/6 . Broncs , titans and warriors.

I have no idea. Staying positive. Us running up some cricket scores would be great.

Some concerns: outside backs reading numbers in defense, front rowers playing long productive minutes and the hooking role.

Things should improve when Walker is back on deck.

Hard to predict. We should still be stronger than Warriors. Tino back for Titans may help them until our pack settle into the year. They might have us in the backs in early rounds. I expect Broncos and Rabbits to start much better than last year. If we beat Broncos in Rd 1 I'll be more confidant for later games. Robbo has struggled against Bennet coached sides regardless of where they are on ladder. Im worried it will take us more than the first 6 weeks to get going.
