All the pressure will be on the Ponies this week as they will be expected to win and win big.

If we can somehow manage to pull off an upset win, then this would be a massive confidence boost to our team and season ahead, whilst at the same time put a big dent into the Ponies.

No - Just from a big family - 11 kids and 2 parents. The PMG/Telecom Vehicle used to also come on holidays as well when it was the full crew (13) either our mother or an elder brother with a license would drive it.

The station wagon was a V8, I think. It was serviced like clockwork and when our father mentioned he was going to trade it in at the garage it was serviced at. One of the mechanics purchased it for more than he would have received as a trade-in.

Only a few of us left at home by then - 2 younger sisters (older than me) and me. He purchased a 1977 Valiant Regal Sedan like below - a white one and also a V8, I recall.
