Both Va'as are in the 30 listed.
We need one of them to play round 1.
At the end of the Knights trial Wong was playing right centre. I'd leave him there for round 1.

    Can we beat the Broncos?
Yes, if we play our very best footy.

Broncos would be very hot favourites, I imagine.
Go & put your Eastern Suburbs house on us.

The best way I can describe the Broncos is twitchy. They could potentially blow us off the park or have an absolute shocker and be lucky to fumble their way to a win. Basically anything is possible in this game!

      Trust in Townsend.
You had me until your last comment.

        Hahaha

I posted that before the trail games. Let me rephrase.

I'd take Hutch over Townsend in a heart beat!

If they leave Wong in the centres then Broncos will score 50pts easily.

I would rather a May over a Va'a at this stage but not possible now.

I'd play Toops and Billy Smith on the left. Junior Pauga and Young on the right side.

Marky Mark - NSW Cup so he can continue to work on his game.

That's probably the best way to go....but what's the actual deal with Billy Smith...I mainly zone out now with his injury news.

Is he on track to play?

I'm not sure how he's progressing. Fingers crossed!

Let's just wait and see. Less than a week until the season begins now!!!

There will be challenges but I encourage people not to be too disappointed if we put up a decent showing against the Drongoz. Wait weren't they supposed to finish top-4 last season with an identical squad? Sorry they signed Ben Hunt for his last year or two... I forgot.

All the pressure will be on the Ponies this week as they will be expected to win and win big.

If we can somehow manage to pull off an upset win, then this would be a massive confidence boost to our team and season ahead, whilst at the same time put a big dent into the Ponies.

All eyes on new whipping old boy Chad Townsend. He was awful in trials.

More likely a stack of eyes should be on Robbo if the expected drubbing happens.

More voices in the media are starting to question how long he has left here if results arent satisfactory.

I remember back in the day going to the Drive-In at Narellan with a few other Siblings and our Parents where we seen the Battle of Britain / Dirty Dozen/Kelly's Hero's.

Our Father had the Valiant Regal Station Wagon and reversed into the car spot so we could lay down and watch it - The Parents had fold up chairs and watched the movies from the office/concession area - Battered Savs/Chiko Rolls/ Hot Dogs/Hot Chips/ Pop Corn/Cold Drinks and Choc Tops as well.

No longer exists - used to be Drive-Ins at Liverpool and Blacktown too.

This will be a difficult year for Robbo. Make or break, the team needs to show spirit, tuffnice and improvement. His job maybe safe but fans will be ruthless if he fails to show something.
