He was Queensland U18's best forward vs NSW U18's the other night in the curtain raiser. No doubt he'll join brother Sam @ the Bulldogs. Bloody Todd Greenturd
If this happens i want the board to come out and explain to the members what the hell is going on; straight forward answer, Perrett is a loyal club man who has served the roosters well over the years and in no way should he be leaving the club under these circumstances. We don't have much depth in the outside backs with SKD and Tagive injured and how the hell are the bulldogs affording this!!!!
If they are getting salary cap exemptions to sign new players that's absolute crap we were struggling to field a full team last year and the and had to apply to the nrl to allow us to pay our own reserve graders to play. I pray this isn't true and if it is I think its a very low point for the club and the nrl!!!

Perhaps the roosters are paying him for the rest of the year and the dogs don't start paying him untill next year? Who knows. You would think that the roosters would atleast try and get something out of the deal though..

That assumes intelligence on the part of Roosters management. I'm not that confident that intelligence exists.
The more i think about this the more it seems that we MUST something on the cards in terms of his replacement. The only other viable option for a winger we have is Tupou and he's unproven.

I feel your pain, up untill 2011 pre-season we the cowboys felt the exact same about management at the time, since that clean out we are slowly gaining confidence in the new management. Hopefully the roosters fans can feel the same way in a couple years time.
