Interesting you say this. He'd probably be my number 1 pick given his link to the Roosters and he seems to be interested. I don't think people will truly appreciate how hard it is to make a team like Leigh be so competitive and perennial top 4 over there. He seems like a bit of a hard arse aswell which I think we are missing. Also had the experience coaching Wigan, which was mixed to be fair. Lot of pressure coaching a side like that so he'd know the pressures of needing instant success.

I'd also consider Holbrook. I really like him as a coach and I think what he did at the Titans is underrated. They looked awful before he joined and looked worse after he left.

Successful teams and organisation's never stand still so we shouldn't either.

Lachy Lam is better than Sandon. Every time he got an opportunity with us he got injured and missed out on more game time. He is probably a better player now than when he left. Holbrook is a great attacking coach if he has players in the backs that can execute the plays with speed. Titans defence was awful at times. He did very well in England. Adrian Lam has lots of experience here as an assistant or lower grades coach. It's hard to judge how good he is on UK form because most Aussie coaches do well there.

Could be, however Jason Demetriou & Brad Arthur are being discussed as head coaches for the next expansion teams and Demetriou's the PNG national coach and spent some years up in Cairns coaching Cup so he would have to be one of the favourites.

Very few on here rated Lachlan Lam though so a bit strange that he's mentioned in dispatches as some sort of solution.

Stick with the program and give the youngsters experience - no pain no gain as they say

8 or 9 out so filling both NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg will be a task - Maybe some of the SG Ball players will have to back up on Sunday?
