Im all for bringing through young blokes but 19 & 20 props wont win you comps & Im still yet to be convinced that either Va'a brothers will be top notch frontrowers.
It still mystifies me why we let May & Sitilli go.

Could D Va'a be too big ? I'm thinking lateral defense and getting back in the line could.be an issue. Hope both brothers kill it though, seem like hard working kids..However, I agree kids wont get it done for quite a while.

The May decision is mind boggling. Something obviously happened because he is one out of the box with his style of play. Maybe Robbo tool Kings advice about a good 11 year old we.have in pathways from the central coast we need to keep

Sitili was berated week in week out for his ball handling but now he plus for the Dogs it's all about how good is he!? He played like this most weeks for us too btw one of the best hole runners in the league.

I think his role has been simplified and his coach is using him to his strengths. He is similar to Spencer & Cheese, who I think are very obvious bench impact middle players and that's how they need to be utilised. Instead, at the Roosters we prefer not to play their strengths and wonder why they don't perform at their best.

Footy is a simple game, Trent likes to complicate it.

Walker is a freak though, dont forget he was dropped to reserve for a period when Robbo experimented (unsuccessfully) with Manu at 5/8

On paper we have rep players all across our forward pack , the issues have been that they don’t aim up on a consistent bases and when you have young players coming through it’s more important than ever that the senior players lead the way.

Robbo deserves credit for Walkers form reversal, dropping him was the right move at the right time.
